• Arrive at the scheduled time and location for the photography session
• Pay the agreed-upon fees
• Adhere to any additional terms specific to the type of photography service booked

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled session may receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

4.3 Digital Products and Downloads

For digital products and downloads (e.g., presets, tutorials, e-books) purchased through our Website:

• All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all software or devices

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total fee) is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled service date, unless otherwise specified
• For digital products and online purchases, full payment is required at the time of purchase

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payment information is securely processed through third-party payment processors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GradientField Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Website or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Website
• Any content obtained from our Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Website or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GradientField Photography for the applicable Service or product.
